The new books I love

Ok so yesterday I talked about how I wanted to start budgeting and how I would keep you updated well here it is. I almost lost it on the first day! I went onto the forever21 website and just packed things into the cart. WHY? I don't know! I did however remove everything and did not purchase anything!YAY ME! I think I do the internet shopping thing when I am bored so I need to get productive at work! This sitting on the computer all day with nothing to do is not good for my fiances. I actually got a good book that gave me some good tips. The book is called "The modern girl's guide to sticky situations" by Jane Buckingham.
The book gave some ideas on how to make some extra cash if you don't have time for a second job. The one I really liked is to open an ebay store and sell your unwanted goodies on there. I think it is a brilliant idea. Instead of me buying this on ebay and bidorbuy I will sell the stuff I don't need and maybe make some extra cash. Another book I got recently that I think is great, is "Skinny Bitch Ultimate Everyday Cookbook" by Kim Barnouin.

The book tells you why meat is not the best thing for you and tells you which fruits and veggies are the healtiest and contain the least amount of pollutants. I am not a Vegan or even a vegetarian but do participate in meat free mondays. This book is also great fo when you just want to have some fresh ideas for salads and side dishes. I highly recommend it!

For a more relaxing read I love fantasy books. I am currently reading the first book in "The Immortals" series called "Evermore" by Alyson Noel. It is a light read by keeps you entertained. I started the book yesterday and am almost half way. Can't wait to finish so I can start the next book in the series called "Bluemoon". I bought a box set with the first three books. and can't wait to see where the story goes. It does kind of remind me of the Twilight books but does have differnt avanues. Lets see where it leads. :)
However while we are on the topic of books I have to talk/write about "The House of Night" series by PC and Kristen Cast. It must be my favourite series so far. It has a completely different take on the vampire teen angle and I love it. There are eight books out so far and I have read seven of them. Can't wait to get the last book and get tucked in. This series is addictive, entertaining and HIGHLY recommended!

Well guess that's it for now. Have a good day!
xoxo
Niki
