I know I haven't written in ages but work and life have been hectic. Hopefully things will be quieter from now on and I will be able to write more. So as mentioned previously, I have a huge Internet shopping problem and that has not changed. I have recently also become obsessed with makeup tutorials on YouTube . They serve as inspiration for looks and assist with products to use. As some of these vloggers are makeup artists they have great insight into techniques and products. My favorite channels currently , that I really recommend,are pixiwoo,pixi2woo and lisaeldridge.
So what I learn from these tutorials I try to incorporate. I will post some pics of my attempts to recreate these looks at a later stage. Today I want to focus on the brush and makeup set that arrived in the mail today. I ordered both of them on ebay(which is the best source to acquire these products in South Africa). Firstly I received my Real Techniques by Samantha Chapman stippling brush. I have wanted this brush for months and finally found one on eBay that was priced quite reasonably. I can not wait to try it out and will let you know how it works.
I also got a Danni Professional makeup pallet. The colors of this pallet are all beautiful and well suited for the approaching winter. Unfortunately one of the color pads was crushed in the post but is still salvagebale.
eBay definably makes acquiring products easier. I hope you guys have also found the joy of eBay. You really can find everything on it. I will do a post on the jewelry I have purchased on eBay and also recommend some sellers.
Until then, in the spirit of international water awareness day lets look after our planet and our resources so our children can enjoy them too.
